RETURNS
If you receive your delivery and change your mind, please let us know within 14 days of receipt by contacting our customer services.
The item must be returned within 14 days, unopened and with all original packaging intact. We may reduce your refund if any items returned do not fulfil the above criteria.

We will refund you for the item returned, however we will not be able to refund any delivery charges. Please consider that you are responsible for the cost of returning items and we recommend you use a recorded or tracked service as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit.

Your refund will be made using the same payment method used when ordering the item(s) and will be issued within 14 days of the receipt of your return.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods:

Very occasionally, faulty or damaged goods may slip through our strict quality control process. Please contact our customer within 30 days of receipt of the item(s) explaining the nature of the fault and we will advise you how to proceed. All faults are accepted at the discretion of Fine Home Accessories. If accepted we will organise a replacement or a full refund including your delivery costs.
