TERMS & CONDITIONS

Access to our site is free of charge.  We may alter, suspend or discontinue our site (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you if the site (or any part of it) is not available for any period.  Consumers may only purchase goods through our site if they are at least 18 years of age.

We make all efforts to ensure that all product descriptions available are accurate however please note:

  • Images of goods are for illustrative purposes only.  There may be slight variations in colour between the image of the product and the actual product sold due to difference in calibration settings between individual displays.

  • All sizes quoted are approximate and there may be a small difference between the measurements quoted and the actual product measurements.

We make all reasonable effort to ensure that all prices are correct at the time of the products going online.  We reserve the right to change prices and to add, alter or remove special offers as necessary. Any changes in price will not affect any order that have already been placed.  All prices on our site include VAT. If the rate of VAT changes between your order being placed and us taking the payment then the amount of VAT will be adjusted when taking the payment.  Delivery charges are not included in the price of goods.  For more information on delivery charges please see our shopping information page. Delivery options and charges will be presented as part of the ordering process.

When you have finished shopping on the site you will be directed to your basket where you can review your order and amend it before submitting it.  Please ensure you have checked your order carefully before submitting it.  You will then be given an order number, please make a note of this number as you may need it when contacting our customer services. This represents our acceptance of the order and the completion of the contract to dispatch the goods from our warehouse, unless we have otherwise notified you that we cannot accept your order or you have decided to cancel it (see shopping information – cancellations section).

Your order may not be accepted because:

  • The goods are no longer in stock

  • We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment

  • An identification of a pricing of description error

  • You do not meet the eligibility to order

If for any reason we cannot accept or fulfil your order, no payment shall be taken. If payment has already been taken, this will be refunded to you in full within 14 days.

The time of delivery is dependent of the address of the delivery and all delivery times quoted are estimates only.  We make every effort for goods to be delivered within these timescales; however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen factors, such as weather conditions or failure of service from the selected delivery company.  If we fail to deliver the goods you are entitled to cancel the contract and you shall be refunded in full for both the products and the delivery charges.  Delivery is deemed complete when the goods have arrived at the address provided with your order.  The risk of the goods remains with us until they are in your physical possession.  Ownership of the goods passes to you when we receive payment in full.

By law we must provide goods that are of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described on our website and in accordance with any other information we have provided. If any good purchased do not comply (unless we have previously made you aware of any defects on the product) have faults, are damaged or you receive the incorrect goods due to our error please contact our customer services as soon as possible to inform us of the fault/damage/error to arrange for a refund or replacement.  For more details on your legal rights, please refer to your local citizen’s advice bureau or trading standards office.

In these events we will endeavor to contact you as soon as is reasonably possible, our obligations under these terms and conditions will be suspended and extended accordingly and you will be informed of details regarding new delivery dates and availability of goods. If an event outside of our controls lasts for longer than 30 days we will cancel the contract and inform you of the cancellation. Any refunds due will be processed within 14 days of the date of cancellation.
